Venkat Pulakanam, Ph.D., has been lecturing in Quality and Operations Management since 1991 in the College of Business and Economics at University of Canterbury, Christchurch. During this time he was MBA Director for three years and has worked as a Management Consultant. Venkat also undertook the role of Process Improvement Manager at Macpac Wilderness Equipment Ltd. He is a Senior Member of American Society for Quality (ASQ) and an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
