Juanita supports our Human Resources arm providing Leadership Development modules focussed on changing behaviours and growing people to be great leaders. She has over 20 years experience in the human resources industry, which has included advisory, management and consulting roles with both national and international organisations. Juanita acts as a catalyst presenting in an enthusiastic, interactive and relaxed style and is passionate about working with and encouraging people to embrace change positively enabling them to discover and manage their own journey.
