Following his Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Nigel's Lean Journey started 20 years ago as Plant Technologist for International Bottling Company (DB Group/Corbans Wines), and then as Technical Manager for Heinz Watties . The Journey continued in production and factory management roles at Coca Cola Enterprises (London), and Phoenix Natural foods, implementing Lean tools such as SMED, 5S, TPM, KPI's and more.

Nigel's last 9 years were with Wineworks Group managing the Marlborough wine bottling facility, and latterly added the Hawkes Bay facility. In the role of General Manager he led the Lean implementation process with great success, while at the same time expanding the business volume by 700%. Wineworks Marlborough is now widely acknowledged as one of the finest contract wine bottling facilities in the world.

With his experience implementing and leading Lean from all levels in a business, Nigel is excited by the opportunity to use his Lean knowledge and passion to help other businesses achieve the same successes.
