COX



Over the past 20 years Peter has worked extensively in senior management roles within Toyota New Zealand including Engineering, Quality, Training, Human Resources and Business Development. He undertook a number of study visits to Japan to continue to increase his understanding of the Toyota Production System (Lean Thinking) and also worked as Senior Group Leader for Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK. In addition to this he was Production Manager for Electrolux New Zealand, Arthur Ellis and Dynamic Controls. Peter has extensive experience implementing Lean Thinking into a very diverse range of industries.
