Before moving to New Zealand in 2009, Tony spent over 20 years working at Rolls Royce publicly listed company in the UK, engaged in a variety of Manufacturing Control, Logistics Management and Business Improvement roles. Tony was head of Operational and Business Transformation for Civil Inventory Management and Civil Aerospace Operations respectively and his successful implementation of Flow Lines for the Rolls Royce Trent engine family was rewarded with the Rolls Royce Chief Executive Quality Award.
Additionally Tony is a qualified management accountant and an accredited performance coach.
